Spec-ID Announces 11% Price Adjustment Effective February 1, 2025

Charlottesville, VA — 03 January 2026 — Spec-ID today announced an 11% price increase for all existing users, effective February 1, 2025.

This adjustment reflects rising costs associated with data storage, third-party processing systems, and ongoing development required to maintain system integrity and performance. Spec-ID has absorbed these increases for as long as possible; however, continued investment in platform reliability and innovation now requires a pricing update. Notably, this increase does not fully offset the total cost increases incurred over the past 12 months.

Spec-ID remains committed to delivering the best technology available in the industry, along with the high level of personal service that customers expect and value.
